79 West Gate - Your Home Away From Home

Whether you’re travelling to Winnipeg for work or planning an extended visit with family and friends exploring the capital city, West Gate Executive Rentals will provide an extraordinary alternative to typical city accommodations.

This Sophisticated Character Suite is located in one of Winnipeg’s most peaceful and secluded enclaves, Armstrong's Point. This historic neighbourhood was the backdrop for much of early Manitoba's rich story. Many members of the emerging city's prominent developers, and influencers, community leaders and investors settled here and constructed their homes. This neighbourhood is still just minutes from major bus routes, schools, hospitals, and other amenities like grocers, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants.

This turn of the century home has an unmistakable old-world feel, but offers modern upgrades to both the bathroom and kitchen. This charming main-level suite is completely self-contained and boasts original hardwood floors, period lighting fixtures, lofty 10 foot ceilings and is filled with soft naturally-filtered light through the beautiful tree canopy above the home. All new appliances (including full-sized washer and dryer), hot water heat, triple pane windows, private entrance and an off-street parking space bring an added level of comfort and convenience.

We enjoyed our stay in this historic, beautifully decorated home which has
very comfortable beds, a bright full kitchen, a spacious living room area,
interesting art features, high ceilings and ‘real’ wood.  The quiet residential
neighbourhood was delightful to walk around.  Location is very close to
interesting shops and restaurants.  This is a rare find and great value for the cost.

I had a fantastic stay at Liam’s place. It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and conveniently located near West Broadway and steps to groceries, restaurants and bars. Liam was friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay. Liam is a very gentle and responsive landlord. his recommendations to market is really a great merit in our stay. The community is quiet, green and secure. It is very convenient to public transport, near to supermarket, hospital, restaurants and other places of interest. The designer-interior of the place is very warm and we feel at home very much. You can be happy to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee just because of the details of every corner. Highly recommend!

This suite is even better than the pictures, super great beds, and very quiet neighbourhood. The furniture is very nice and the kitchen was great to use, new appiliances, (filtered water) a nice clean bathroom!! Quality linens on the beds too. We will be coming back as we have family near by. Liam was so helpful with our arrival time, our flight was delayed and we sent a text and it was all cool. Thank you again Walter and Carolina.

The suite is located in one of the premier neighbourhoods in Winnipeg, central to everything with majestic homes surrounded by canopies of trees. The suite and home retain all of the century old charm and character combined with modern updated amenities. It lacks nothing. Liam is a very attentive and gracious host. We will definitely stay there again on future visits to Winnipeg.
